This policy explains what Hayyan.io collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Hayyan.io website and app.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We store the content you create — prompts, uploaded reference media, and generated outputs — along with your wallet balance, subscription status and usage history so the Service can work and bill accurately.
How we use it
We use your data to run the Service: to authenticate you, generate and store your outputs, meter and bill usage against your wallet, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We don’t sell your personal data.
Third parties
To generate content, your prompts and reference media are sent to the AI providers that host the models you choose. Payments are processed by our crypto payment provider. Google handles sign-in. These providers process data under their own terms; we share only what’s needed to deliver the feature you asked for.
Retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. Generated media is stored durably so it stays available in your library. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content through support; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can view and download your generated assets in the app, and request access to or deletion of your personal data via support. You can revoke Hayyan’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your account and content safe.
