These terms govern your use of Hayyan.io (the “Service”), an AI content and cinema platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with Google; we don’t store a password. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
Wallet, credits and subscriptions
The Service runs on a single USD wallet. Generations debit your wallet at the price shown before you run them. Subscriptions and wallet top-ups may be paid in cryptocurrency. Because generation consumes third-party compute the moment you run it, completed generations are non-refundable; unused wallet balance and subscription questions are handled case by case via support.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You’re responsible for what you create and for having the rights to any images, faces or material you upload as references. Don’t use the Service to create unlawful content, to impersonate real people without consent, or to infringe others’ rights.
How generation works
Prompts and reference media are processed by third-party AI providers (for example, model-hosting and large-language-model services) to produce your outputs. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected; you’re responsible for reviewing them before you rely on or publish them.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the Service — no attempts to break, overload or reverse the platform, no reselling access, and no content that’s illegal, harmful or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, Hayyan.io isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
